SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS:

Our Charming Haven can accommodate up to 7 guests with the following sleeping arrangements:

Master Bedroom

Comfortably appointed with one queen bed, dresser and smart television.  Sliding glass door opens to deck area

Bedroom 2

One double bed that sleeps two and 1 regular twin bed sleeps one.

Bedrooms 3 & 4

Regular twin beds - each sleeps one.

* Please Note: Twin beds are regular not extra length.  Guests over 5’9” may find it too short.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is well stocked with the basic necessities such as coffee maker, dishes, pots and pans. The stove is electric. There is a microwave and dishwasher. In the kitchen you’ll also find coffee, sugar and creamer and some snacks. Feel free to help yourself.

TELEVISIONS
2 Smart TV’s with WiFi provided. No cable television. 

NOTE: Guests can login to their personal streaming service sccounts.

CHILDREN
While we do allow children, please note that there is no child-proofing in the home or gates on any of the stairways or decks.

PARKING
Guests can park in the driveway.

FAMILY ROOM
The family room has a wood burning fireplace that guests can use if they desire. We leave guests enough firewood for a couple small fires during their stay. Please only burn wood in the fireplace and it must be attended to at all times.*

Our home also has hardwood flooring, tile flooring and carpet in some areas. We ask that guests check shoes before walking on carpeted areas.

WASHER & DRYER
Washer and dryer located off the family room. We provide a starter supply of laundry soap enough for a couple loads.

Guests have access to entire home and yard.

Transportation - Uber and Lyft are in the area and the TARTA transit bus serves nearby stops. 

While visiting Toledo, make sure to visit our world-renowned Toledo Museum of Art and Toledo Zoo & Aquarium. Explore our waterways with a ride on the Sandpiper Boat or Canal Experience, or, visit the National Museum of the Great Lakes. Imagination Station is a wonderful experience for children of all ages. Stroll through the Botanical Gardens or visit one of our 24 regional parks. In season, take in a Mud Hens baseball game at Fifth Third Field or, a Walleye hockey match at Huntington Center. Two hours prior to guest check-in time, you will be sent a message with keypad code for the door.
