SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS:

Our place can accommodate up to 6 guests (1 King bed/2 Queen beds) with the following sleeping arrangements:

Bedroom 1

Comfortably appointed with one king bed. Sleeps 2.

Bedroom 2

Two queen beds. Sleeps 4.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is well stocked with the basic necessities including coffee maker, dishes, pots and pans. The stove is electric. There is a microwave and dishwasher. In the kitchen,  you will  also find coffee, sugar, creamer and some snacks. You are welcome to help yourself.

TELEVISION
1 Smart TV with WiFi provided, no cable television. 

NOTE: Guests can login to their own streaming accounts.

CHILDREN
While we do allow children, please note that there is no child-proofing in the home.

PARKING
Guests can park in the driveway.

FAMILY ROOM

While the  family room has a fireplace, guests are not permitted to have fires.

Our home also has hardwood flooring.

WASHER & DRYER
Washer and dryer located in the basement. A starter supply of laundry soap is provided (enough for a couple loads). Additional laundry supplies are guests' responsibility.

Guest access
Guests have access to entire condo.  

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located condominium. Our cozy 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom newly remodeled condo will make you feel right at home. Perfect for business travelers and corporate relocations. Close to Airport (16 minutes) , Lourdes University, University of Toledo, Flower Hospital, Wildwood Preserve Metropark, over a dozen restaurants less than 5 minutes away and several shopping malls. Close proximity to the freeway.  Self check-in. Wi-Fi available. Please read house rules. 

While visiting Toledo, make sure to visit our world-renowned Toledo Museum of Art and Toledo Zoo & Aquarium. Explore our waterways with a ride on the Sandpiper Boat or Canal Experience, or, visit the National Museum of the Great Lakes. Imagination Station is a wonderful experience for children of all ages. Stroll through the Botanical Gardens or visit one of our 24 regional parks. In season, take in a Mud Hens baseball game at Fifth Third Field or, a Walleye hockey match at Huntington Center.
