SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS:

Our Cozy Condo can accommodate up to 10 guests with the following sleeping arrangements:

Bedroom 1

Comfortably appointed with one queen bed (sleeps 2).

Bedroom 2

Two queen beds that sleep two each.

Bedrooms 3 

Two queen beds that sleep two each.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is well stocked with the basic necessities such as coffee maker, dishes, pots and pans. The stove is electric. There is a microwave and dishwasher. In the kitchen you’ll also find coffee, sugar and creamer and some snacks. Feel free to help yourself.

TELEVISIONS
HDTV’ with WiFi provided. 

No cable television. 

NOTE: Guests can login to their personal streaming service accounts.

CHILDREN
While we do allow children, please note that there is no child-proofing in the home or gates on any of the stairways or decks.

PARKING
Guests can park in the driveway.

FAMILY ROOM
The family room has a wood burning fireplace for show only.  Guests cannot use the fireplace. 

Our home also has hardwood flooring.

WASHER & DRYER
Washer and dryer located in the basement. We provide a starter supply of laundry soap enough for a couple loads.

Fifteen minutes to the airport. Close to Lourdes University, University of Toledo and Flower Hospital, Wildwood Preserve Metropark, Toledo Botanical Gardens, bike trails, restaurants & shopping. Self check- in. Wi-Fi available. Please read house rules. 

While visiting Toledo, make sure to visit our world-renowned Toledo Museum of Art and Toledo Zoo & Aquarium. Explore our waterways with a ride on the Sandpiper Boat or Canal Experience, or, visit the National Museum of the Great Lakes. Imagination Station is a wonderful experience for children of all ages. Stroll through the Botanical Gardens or visit one of our 24 regional parks. In season, take in a Mud Hens baseball game at Fifth Third Field or, a Walleye hockey match at Huntington Center.
